Alan Walker Style x AVA - Hold The Last Light (Official Music Video)

She has replaced the bulb twice. "Hold The Last Light" is a cinematic melodic EDM track inspired by the signature style of Alan Walker, and it is a vigil kept by someone who is entirely clear-eyed about what she is doing. He went out and he hasn't come back — not confirmed, just not back, which is worse. So the porch light stays on, the key stays under the stone, and his voice is still the outgoing message on the phone because she has never been able to record over it. Everyone has been very kind about it, which is its own kind of answer: nobody says "when" any more, they say "if". The turn comes halfway through, when she admits the light was never a signal — it is the only thing keeping her someone who is waiting instead of someone who was left. I'll hold the last light Long after the harbour's gone to bed Not because you'd see it But because I said I would And if you're not out there, I've left it on for me #holdthelastlight #waiting #lighthouse #stormsong #alanwalker #AlanWalkerStyle #MelodicEDM
