HarryKatur is more an echo - a Karikatur - of the musician behind the project. Building music from noise, sub‑bass, echos and layers of reverb, tracks move between techno, breaks and ambient. A central theme is dub that is infused with percussive elements borrowed from other genres. The approach is patient and obsessive: diving deep into a single machine or synth, drawing out every texture until alive. Filter sweeps, shifting panoramas, and subtle movements aid psychoacoustic tension and forms warm waves of sound. Dj sets are pieced together through restless vinyl digging while tracing forgotten labels and legacies. Selections are a study in contrasts - warmth against grit, rhythm against space -, they span the full BPM spectrum yet always circle back to the gravitational pull of dub elements.
