Which AI Can Get a Kerbal to the Moon and Back?

Which AI can actually land on the Moon and make it back? I gave different AI models a mission in Kerbal Space Program: build a rocket and fly a Kerbal to the Mun. He’s supposed to come home afterwards. I feel like that part needs to be in writing. Each AI has to design its own rocket and write the flight script to control it. Getting to space was the challenge in my previous KSP experiments, but now they have to land on another world with enough fuel and functioning spacecraft left to return to Kerbin. Hitting the correct celestial body at several hundred metres per second does not count. After watching these models attempt to build and fly rockets in the last two videos, I probably should have thought harder before raising the stakes. Instead, we’re finding out whether AI-generated code can handle a full Moon mission, with a little green astronaut stuck living with whatever decisions it makes.
