ICHINOSEKI IN STORE DJ MIX ① https://youtube.com/live/BivNaumlvwE ② https://youtube.com/live/QJabeZmow3U ③ https://youtube.com/live/UdO2X3QbX6o An analog DJ mix brought to you from ICHINOSEKI, a small family-run watch and eyewear shop in Akita, Japan. During the day, we work with watches and glasses. After closing time, the shop sometimes transforms into a small space filled with records, music, and people. Here in Tegata and Hiroomote, Akita, we hope to create a place where people can meet through records and share music across generations and borders. That is why, from time to time, we host DJ MIXES and IN STORE DJ LIVE sessions at our shop. For this mix, we selected records from our personal collection—music that we have loved and listened to for many years. From SOUL, FUNK, JAZZ, DISCO, RARE GROOVE and HIP HOP, we don't like to be limited by genre. We simply choose the music we feel like listening to right now and connect it through analog records. The warmth of vinyl. The smooth transitions of a rotary mixer. And the feeling of a DJ selecting records and connecting one track to the next, right there in the moment. Turn the volume up a little, sit back, and enjoy the groove. ABOUT ICHINOSEKI ICHINOSEKI — Watch & Eyewear A family-run watch and eyewear shop based in Hiroomote, Akita, Japan.
