Kirby's Adventure Wii - Egg Engine

I hate that 2nd level so much... in fact this entire world feels like awful "try and error" genre where if you screw up a small thing, you MUST repeat the god damn level again. Why would they do that?! And why is it called Egg Engine? Where are the eggs? Or that one peculiar "egg"? I can see engines, lots of it - makes sense since we are mostly in factory or on some sort of junkyard... but no eggs. Probably it's due to the food names all over the game...
