After screenshots from our company chat leaked, I ended up trending. The whole internet was cursing my name, all because my employees claimed our flexible scheduling policy was exploitation in disguise. They said it turned quitting time into a competition, wrecked their sleep and their health, and never raised their pay by a cent. What nobody online knew was that my policy let anyone go home the moment they'd hit their hours for the week. Plenty of my people worked four days and took three off. Some worked three and took four. So when the internet demanded I pay for labor performed, I graciously took their advice and scrapped flex time. I replaced it with fixed hours: nine to nine, six days a week. And I split a five-figure monthly salary into a $2,500 base plus uncapped performance pay. More work, more money. The moment the notice went out, the whole company exploded.#revenge #redditstories #redditreadings #revengestory #reddit_tiktok #askredditstories #relationship #revengereturns #reddit #drama
