WUWER - High-bay warehouse with internal WMS

Our high-bay warehouse, designed to serve as the inter-operational buffer, is equipped with a cutting-edge stacker crane and wireless shuttle trolleys! The warehouse consists of three levels and is operated using a stacker crane. The stacker can transport two packages at a time, which are then delivered to the storage aisles using wireless shuttle trolleys. Packages arriving from the previous process are collected by a shuttle and placed onto the inbound conveyors leading to the high-bay warehouse. The stacker crane then picks up the packages, positions them at the designated aisle, and releases the shuttle carrying the package. After a minimum seasoning time of 6 hours, the packages are retrieved by a shuttle, which boards the stacker crane. The crane then transports the package to the outbound conveyor line. The entire operation is managed by an internal WMS system, which ensures optimal package placement and maintains the required seasoning time for the material.
