Gentlemen of Fortune (1971) — Part 3 of 5 | Retold for Sleep | Russian Classic | 2 HR 5 MIN

Gentlemen of Fortune is a gentle Soviet comedy about Yevgeny Troshkin, a warmhearted kindergarten director forced to impersonate his ruthless criminal doppelgänger. In this quiet chapter of the journey, Troshkin houses his clumsy band of convicts in a snowy dacha, substituting criminal capers with domestic chores, language lessons, and soft appeals to their forgotten humanity. 🖤 Black screen — the screen stays dark the whole time, so nothing disturbs your sleep.
