Exploring Guizhou

Exploring Guizhou: A Journey of Culture, Innovation and Friendship 🌏 From June 28 to July 3, four international students from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) participated in the 2026 ZHI-XING Guizhou Silk Road Youth Exchange Program in Liupanshui, Guizhou. From solving traditional Chinese puzzles and creating batik and paper-cutting artworks to exploring one of Guizhou’s iconic bridge engineering museums, learning ethnic dances, and experiencing tea picking in the mountains, every activity offered a unique glimpse into China’s rich cultural heritage, technological innovation, and sustainable development. “Though thousands of miles apart, true friendship brings hearts together.” Through this journey, our students gained a deeper understanding of China beyond the classroom and built lasting friendships with peers from different cultural backgrounds.
