In short, it’s going to be a completely free web app that you’ll be able to use on both PC and mobile. The mobile version is still in development. You’ll be able to create your own profile, create and save your builds, and choose whether you want to make them public or keep them private. Public builds will be available to everyone - other players will be able to view them, like them, and share them. Private builds will only be visible to you. And yes, of course, there will be a dedicated PvP mode. Once enabled, all items that don’t work in the arena will be removed from the planner, and all PvP buffs and debuffs will automatically be applied to your character stats.
