Reel Sweet Besties - Procreate Art Tutorial

Reel Sweet Besties In this Procreate class, we’ll create this adorable Reel Sweet Besties illustration from start to finish using beginner-friendly techniques. Whether you’re new to Procreate or simply love drawing cute characters, this class is designed to be relaxing, fun, and easy to follow. We’ll begin by creating the background and water that set the scene. Next, we’ll draw our adorable black kitty, followed by a heart-shaped donut dangling from a fishing line that’s sure to catch everyone’s attention. Then we’ll create our adorable fishy besties. We’ll start by drawing just one cute little fish, then duplicate, resize, and rotate it to create a whole school of adorable fish. It’s a fun, time-saving technique that lets you fill your illustration quickly without having to draw every fish from scratch. We’ll finish by adding bubbles and of course, signing our artwork. By the end of this class, you’ll have created your very own Reel Sweet Besties illustration while learning simple Procreate techniques, including using the Selection Tool, Transform Tool, and blend modes, that you can use again and again in your future artwork. Thank you so much for creating with me! I can’t wait to see your finished illustrations, so don’t forget to tag me @artbycleopatra when you share your Reel Sweet Besties artwork.
