HAPŪ WĀNANGA

Hapū Wānanga provides safe, high-quality antenatal education, grounded in Māori practices but open to everyone. The programme covers both traditional birthing methods and modern practices, and the whole whānau is welcomed and encouraged to take part. Hapū Wānanga’s support extends after the baby is born and includes help with the Restore your Core programme, home visits and frozen meals for the family.
