Suggestions: This is a quick 12-minute file that brings you down into trance by progressive muscle relaxation. I start by touching you on your head, gently pet you and massage your back. I then go in front of you and massage your shoulders. Next, I tell you that you are master's pet and you must obey me and my voice every time you hear it. I then bring you further into trance by snapping my fingers and saying blank. During the end, I use amnesia play; I make you forget everything that happened by saying blank many more times. Finally, I wake you up from the trance. Triggers: Sleep - Brings you into trance Blank - This brings you deeper into trance and makes you forget anything I said before I snap my fingers and say the trigger. I used the delay in Fl Studio and some brown noise effects to make it sound like you're underwater. My voice was highly edited in this one. (You may notice it echoing and orbiting around your head).
