From Differential Expression to Mechanism: Interaction Network Analysis, Clusters, Functions, Hubs

In this workshop, we demonstrate how to move from a list of differentially expressed genes to biological insight using protein-protein interaction (PPI) network analysis. Participants learn how to build interaction networks with STRING, import and analyze networks in Cytoscape, identify key hub genes, explore functional enrichment results, and generate publication-ready network visualizations.
