Michael Caine's 1990s: A Jekyll and Hyde Retrospective (1990)

A look back at the eclectic 1990s filmography of Sir Michael Caine a.k.a Caine's wilderness years. There will be Muppets, Steven Seagal (whom many consider a Muppet), confusing accents, cockney shouting, Stalin-face, and even an Academy Award win. But Caine unfortunately decided to kick off the decade with a dodgy telemovie adaptation of the classic Victorian chiller Jekyll and Hyde. There are mishandled sailors, chucked kegs and some hanky panky in a park. Join me as I get cained! Jekyll and Hyde (1990) Directed by David Wickes. Other Featured Geezers: Cheryl Ladd as Sara Crawford, Joss Ackland as Dr Charles Lanyon, Ronald Pickup as Jeffrey Utterson Esquire, Kevin McNally as Sergeant Hornby, David Schofield as Snape, Lionel Jeffries as Jekyll’s Father.
