Moonglow - by David Lukács & Friends

David Lukács was introduced to jazz music at a young age thanks to his father's extensive record collection. Inspired by musicians such as Duke Ellington, Louis Armstrong, and Benny Goodman, he chose the clarinet during his studies at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague. David has played with ensembles including the Dutch Swing College Band, the Jimmy Lunceford Legacy Orchestra, and The Ramblers. The influences of Benny Goodman, Lester Young, and Jimmy Hamilton are evident in his playing. In 1988, he won the prestigious Japanese Kobe Award. Here, David is accompanied by three top musicians from the Dutch jazz scene.
