With the account owner's permission, an existing contact submitted the form again. The browser reached the checklist page, rule History recorded one execution, the tag appeared on the contact, and tag history recorded Tag added. This was a new submission by an existing contact, not a new-contact acquisition test. The personal address is hidden throughout the edit. Final account state: the demonstration rule is Inactive after Disable rule and confirmation. The saved rule and tag remain; disabling does not delete them. No campaign enrollment, email sending, inbox delivery, or double opt-in confirmation was tested. The existing form's double opt-in setting was unchecked; its settings and page content were not changed.
