Black Cat Alley was started in 2015 - 2016 and is maintained by the East Side Business Improvement District. It is a top destination for visitors and residents alike. Home to The Oriental Theater and Milwaukee Film, along a number of museums and other iconic establishments, the East Side is one of Milwaukee's art and culture hubs and Black Cat Alley is at the center of it all.
