[Genesis Playlist 1] 🎧 Genesis 1~10 ㅣ When You Want to Know God's Heart ㅣ Listening to Genesis Through Song ㅣ The Bible Songs ㅣ ✨ Lumisoria 📖 From Genesis 1 through Genesis 10, the first journey of bringing God's Word into song begins. At first, I began creating “The Bible Songs” based on each chapter of Genesis, one chapter at a time. I spent a great deal of time reflecting on each chapter, and then capturing the stories and impressions that remained in my heart through the songs and visual images. But at some point, I began to ask myself a different question. “What am I spending more of my time on?” I realized that rather than giving most of my attention to the visual beauty and perfection of each creation, I needed to spend more time first remaining in God's Word, praying, and deeply meditating on what He was saying through His Word. And from that realization, Lumisoria found a new creative direction: to create songs that do not try to decorate the lyrics with unnecessary beauty, but instead become like humble clay vessels, simply carrying the words that were born through Scripture, prayer, and meditation. 🌿 So I went back to the songs from Genesis 1 through Genesis 10 and edited them once again as the “NEW Genesis Lyrics Version.” Each song was carefully refined so that the words born through Scripture, prayer, and meditation could be heard more clearly and remain in the heart a little longer. 🎵 And those ten completed songs, from Genesis 1 through Genesis 10, were connected together as one continuous journey. This became the very first journey: Genesis Playlist 1. 🌿 ❤️ What Lumisoria hopes for through this playlist is not simply to turn Bible stories into songs. It is to slowly look again at the words of Genesis, and within the passages we may have passed over because they were so familiar, and within the stories we may never have noticed before, to discover again God's love and grace. “What was in God's heart at that moment?” “What is God saying to us today through these words?” With these questions in our hearts, we want to meditate on Genesis through song. 🙏 🎵 And this is only the beginning. Starting with this first playlist, covering Genesis 1 through Genesis 10, we will continue with Playlist 2, Playlist 3, Playlist 4, and Playlist 5, until all 50 chapters of Genesis have been created as “The Bible Songs.” 📖 All 50 chapters of Genesis. One chapter of Scripture, one song at a time, and then bringing those songs together as one continuous journey, from the beginning to the end of Genesis, listening to the Word, singing the Word, meditating on the Word, and remembering the Word. 🎶 🙏 We invite you to join us on this journey.
