CONCRETE SURFING | SMOOTHSTAR SURFSKATES

A compelling showcase of the art of surfing concrete. Practising the same manoeuvres, trying to generate more speed and power on each take. By doing this I'm able to make slight adjustments on each turn and alter the variations on each line. Just sticking to the fundamentals is a great way to build a solid surfskating foundation. You can see in these clips the amount of speed and power I throw into each turn. I'm trying my best to connect each turn seamlessly, transitioning from one turn into the other, which is a real leg burner on a surfskate, as you don't have another power source, like the ocean, to help you keep that forward momentum going from turn to turn - so you're solely reliant on the momentum you're generating from the board.
