Chosen – Don’t Answer This Call | Short Film (2026)

CHOSEN – Don’t Answer This Call (2026) Tagline: When someone’s life is in your hands, what will you choose? Synopsis: Behind every insurance policy sold is someone working on the other side — handling the claims when things go wrong. While sales are driven by commissions, every approved claim means a cost to the company. For a claims officer, every phone call can become a decision between protecting the company and helping the person on the other end of the line. When a claim reaches her desk, she is expected to follow the system. But after hearing the desperation of someone whose situation reminds her of her own past, she makes a different choice. Sometimes, answering a call means taking responsibility for someone else's life.
