Can the Dookie Mod Nail Green Day's INSOMNIAC Tone?

There have been rumours for years that the Dookie head was also used during the recording of Insomniac. Rob Cavallo has also confirmed that the Dookie amp always makes an appearance at some point on Green Day albums. For this Insomniac sound, I’ve dialled the amp in slightly differently from the classic Dookie settings: 🎛️ AMP SETTINGS • Presence — 6 • Bass — 6 • Middle — 3 • Treble — 4 • Master — 2.5 • Gain — 2.5 But the main ingredient for this sound is the Celestion T-75 speaker. That speaker helps give the tone the darker, more mid-scooped character that works so well for the Insomniac sound. So, can the legendary Dookie amp deliver the Insomniac tone?
