Peltier efficiency test - the real one

This experiment shows that Peltier devices are far more efficient than the common figures of 3-10% often quoted. A simple test that measures the reduction in temperature of 350mL of water over 1min, the heat capacity of water and some simple math, resulting in some pretty cool numbers at the end (pun intended).
