FTL: Zoltan B Sector 8, S2C2 -- No Damage Flagship Fight with One-Shot Build -- 43 Win Streak

I was a little worried about sector 8 given I was still running ion cascade. Decided to blow up a couple ships I normally would have tried to crew kill with a better set up, but ended up getting plenty of scrap for the final battle (Phase 3 was the only real concern, given I could take down phases 1 and 2 without facing any danger).
