This week, we head to Coombe Gibbet — a place with a chilling past. We camp beneath the historic gibbet, where two people were once executed and left hanging for years as a warning to others. It’s eerie to think about, but surprisingly, it’s also a beautiful and peaceful spot to park up. From there, we explore the stunning Hungerford Common, a lovely walk and we couldn't believe we'd never been there! On Saturday, we make our way to a pub stopover, easily our favourite one yet, at The Crown Inn in Broad Hinton, where we catch up with friends. It’s an incredible pub and definitely somewhere we’ll be returning to.
