If you have been scrolling through homes for sale in Meridian Idaho, homes for sale in Boise Idaho, or Nampa Idaho new construction and keep landing on the same question — can one story, one smart floor plan, and a garage that actually fits how we live work for our family — this Crestwood walkthrough is for you.
Hi, I am Kari Paget with Mountain Realty. My channel highlights a lot of Meridian Idaho real estate and everyday living in Meridian, but I help buyers across Meridian, Boise, all of Ada County, and Canyon County — including Nampa. Today I am walking the Hubble Homes Crestwood model home at Franklin Village North in Nampa, a Signature Series one-story plan that sits right in the sweet spot for Treasure Valley shoppers who want open living, a primary suite on the main floor, and flex space that can grow into a fourth bedroom, office, or sitting room without forcing you into a two-story footprint.
This video and companion write-up are a buyer-first tour of the Crestwood: what the plan is, how the rooms connect, which options show up on the handouts, and how to decide whether Franklin Village North (or another Hubble community) fits your commute, schools, and budget. I am not affiliated with Hubble Homes. I am the person you call when you want an advocate who will compare lot premiums, incentives, and tradeoffs before you sign anything at a sales center.

Crestwood overview: the one-story plan in plain language
The Crestwood is a Hubble Homes Signature Series plan at about 2,009 square feet of heated living space on a single story. You are looking at three to four bedrooms and two baths, depending on how you finish the flex space. The garage is commonly a two- to three-car setup with a tandem option; some lots show a four-car configuration when options stack. There is also an optional RV garage available with the Traditional elevation only, plus an optional external bay and optional man doors with concrete stoops. Elevations you will see on community pages and handouts include Country, Traditional, Craftsman, and Traditional with the RV bay callout.
Pricing on Hubble pages has shown from around the mid-$400s — for example, from about $435,990 — but always confirm current pricing and incentives. Those numbers move with lots, elevations, and promotions. Nampa Idaho homes for sale in new construction communities can look similar on paper and feel very different once you walk the model with a list of what your household actually needs.
Why this one-story layout matters — aging in place, multigenerational living, and honest flex (without claiming two masters)
Before we walk room by room, I want to set expectations the way I would on a buyer consult. The Crestwood is not a dual-primary plan like some larger Hubble layouts. It does not give you two master suites. What it does give you is a true one-story footprint with a primary suite downstairs, patio access from that primary, a walk-in closet, and a flex space that can become an optional office, optional primary office, optional sitting room, or optional bedroom number four.
That flex path is where multigenerational living conversations get real for this plan. If you have been searching mother in law suite, homes with in-law suite, homes with mother in law suite, in law suite house plans, multigenerational homes, multigenerational house plans, multi-generational home, multi generational living, or aging in place home options across Ada County and Canyon County, you still need to match the search phrase to the floor plan. Crestwood supports shared living and in-law-style privacy needs when you use the fourth bedroom or office/sitting options thoughtfully — guest privacy, a quiet work zone for a parent, or a sitting room that keeps evening noise away from the primary — but it is not two locked-off master suites under one roof. Aging in place is a stronger, cleaner fit here: everything important is on one level, the primary has patio access, and laundry sits near the garage so you are not hauling baskets up stairs for the next twenty years.
If your household truly needs two primary suites, we compare Crestwood against other Hubble and non-Hubble plans — including layouts I have toured that are built around dual primaries — so you do not buy the wrong story because a listing title said “flex.”
