Lawrence Welk Dixie Band: Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah. Larger Dixie group than usual, from a 1963 broadcast

Lawrence Welk featured a Dixieland style ensemble for most of his years on TV. In the early years, he used two trombones (one on bass), played by Pete Lofthouse and Bob Havens. This video also has a nice solo from Dick Catchcart, and several nice moments from Bob Havens. The song here is from the movie Song of the South and is part of The Great American Songbook.
