GCR 24th July 2004 Great Central Railway Summer Gala.

The Great Central Railway Summer Gala 2004 featured locomotives from the home fleet including GWR 2-6-2T 4141, LMS 4-6-0 "Black Five" 45305, LNER O4 2-8-0 63601 and LMS 8F 2-8-0 48305 which had been renumbered 48182. Two highlights of the gala was the first appearance in steam of the recently restored BR standard 2MT 2-6-0 78019 and the first sight of BR standard "Britannia" 7MT 4-6-2 70013 "Oliver Cromwell" after its 35-year sojourn in the Bressingham Steam Museum.
