In this video, I take you through the early journey of Mahatma Gandhi’s historic Dandi March of 1930, starting from Ahmedabad and following the route through some important places connected with the march. 📍 Dandi Bridge, Ahmedabad – A place connected with the beginning of Gandhi Ji’s historic journey towards Dandi. 📍 Aslali Village – Around 21 km from Ahmedabad, where Mahatma Gandhi and the Satyagrahis halted during the Dandi March and Gandhi Ji addressed the people. 📍 Bareja Village – Another important stop on the early part of the march, where Gandhi Ji delivered a speech on the second day. This video is an attempt to visit these historic locations and show what these places look like today while remembering the events that took place here in 1930.
