When Blue Eyes Was Meta

Blue Eyes has historically been kind of a joke. And it's a joke right now. But in a certain 2016 format, Blue Eyes was a tier 1 meta threat. I've had this script finished since June, and I finally got around to putting it together. Full disclosure, for the games I played, they were like 20 scrapped ones where each game was decided by Maxx C or Vanity's Emptiness.
