Sydney POV Driving – Rainy Day Commute Recorded on 10 March 2026. Today’s video is a little different from the usual commute videos. There was no morning drive recorded because there were too many stops on the way into the city. Instead, today’s video focuses on the afternoon and evening driving across Sydney in rainy conditions. The drive begins in Double Bay around 2:20 PM heading back towards the Ryde area. Route highlights include: Double Bay Rushcutters Bay Cross City Tunnel ($4 toll) Sydney Harbour Tunnel North Sydney Neutral Bay Lane Cove Ryde After arriving in Ryde the journey continues with a quick drive to Macquarie Park before returning back into Ryde again. Heavy rain and school traffic slowed things down during the Macquarie Park section, making parts of the drive feel like we were going nowhere fast. Unfortunately the camera battery went flat while waiting in traffic, which might be a sign that it is finally time to upgrade the camera soon! Total distance covered: about 20–25 km. This video contains no music and no talking, just the natural road sounds and real Sydney traffic conditions.
