Day 949 - Outlaws v Yetis; Never Give Up on Plays

September 4, 2026; 6-2 L I subbed in for the Outlaws' Friday team to try to help them win a championship against a very strong Yetis team. It just wasn't my day. Overall I feel like I moved well, but I lost a couple battles due to a lack of urgency, and poor technique. I also let in a few due to poor decision making. Every goal we let in is data. Every loss is an opportunity to really look at myself and see what needs to be improved upon. But it's also important to remind myself of the things I did well. I feel like my skating and overall movement has improved a lot. My depth management is better. I definitely played more conservative this game due to just not knowing this very well.
