What's covered: • ComplyHans, our AI compliance assistant. Ask questions in your own words and get answers drawn from the contracts and documents already in your platform, with source references and a visible chain of reasoning. Your existing permissions model is respected throughout, so the assistant only ever looks at documentation the user can already access. • AI administration. A consumption-based model with full transparency: set a monthly spending limit, monitor usage per feature, and get 10 euros of usage free when you activate the add-on. We also cover the measures behind it — a European AI supplier, no data sent to the US, and no customer data used for training. • Policy Management. Write or import policies, structure them in sections, link them to framework controls in ISO 27001, publish locked versions with a full change log, and distribute them to colleagues who don't have a platform login so they can read and acknowledge them. • Assets, rebuilt. Create your own asset templates and custom input fields, filter on any metadata, save views as bookmarks, and manage access the same way you do on contracts. • Smaller improvements from customer feedback: granular transfer of responsibility between users, more flexible filtering with inverse matching, end dates when archiving contracts, and field-level read and edit permissions on roles. • Roadmap: a first look at the new risk module — Enterprise Risk Management with definable risk domains, separate scales and appetites, threat scenarios and mitigation planning.
