Digital health: who is in, who is out, and who is being left behind? Online Stakeholder event

Is the NHS App working for everyone? We asked, and over 400 people in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire told us what they really think. In this recording, system partners and members of the public come together to unpack the findings: what's working, what's not, and what might be lost if care conversations move fully online. The NHS 10-Year Health Plan wants the App to become the main way people access services and share feedback. But not everyone's ready to make that journey, and not everyone can.
