Sankwasa alleges Katima Town Council fire was an inside job

By: Jackson Kunatela Urban and Rural Development Minister James Sankwasa has alleged that the recent fire at the Katima Mulilo Town Council’s registry office was an inside job, carried out to destroy evidence. The fire happened after the minister dismissed council members over irregularities and defied his directives.
