The start of something new//Pokemon Emerald Nuzlocke: episode 1

Rules for the nuzlocke 1. First Encounter Only: You may only catch the very first wild Pokémon you encounter in each new area or route. If it faints or runs away, you cannot catch anything else in that area. 2. Permadeath: Any Pokémon that faints in battle is considered dead. You must release it or permanently store it in a PC box, and you cannot use revival items. 3. Nicknaming: You must nickname every Pokémon you catch to build a stronger personal bond. 4. Dupes Clause: If your first encounter in an area is a Pokémon you already own or have evolved, you can ignore it and roll for the next new encounter. 5. No shiny clause: It’s funnier that way
