BJYM Ladakh Vice President Mohd Hussain Questions Drass Councillors: “District Status & Separate Council Already Granted — Then Why Not Resign?” In an exclusive and strongly worded press conference, BJYM Ladakh Vice President Mohd Hussain questioned Councillors Abdul Wahid, Abdul Samad, and Executive Councillor Punchok Tashi over their continued presence in the LAHDC. Hussain said that Drass and Zanskar have already been granted district status along with separate council arrangements.
