Flint, Michigan City Council member admits to drinking while on virtual City Council meeting.

Flint City Council member Eric Mays is addressing rumors he was drunk during last night’s council meeting. Mays was removed from the virtual meeting for being ruled out of order after calling council president Kate Fields a dictator.
