I Made the Same Mistake on All 3 Flips

Backflip, front flip, side flip: I made the same mistake on all three. It took me 3 days, 80+ side flip attempts, and landing on my girlfriend twice to figure out what it was. When I was 12, my friend did these flips at the beach and every girl there watched him. I was the little fat kid who couldn't. Months ago I taught myself the backflip and front flip in my garden on pure willpower, no coach, no technique. So I went back for all three, including the one I'd never even tried: the side flip. Can you do a backflip, front flip or side flip? What was your mistake? Tell me in the comments. Train on grass or mats, never alone. #backflip #sideflip #learnanewskill #backflip #sideflips #learnanewskill #frontflip Hall of the Mountain King by Kevin MacLeod is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence.
