ON KAUPAPA KŌRERO - RETI HEDLEY

🎙️ ON KAUPAPA KŌRERO - RETI HEDLEY Reti Hedley joins us in studio for a heartfelt kōrero about IA Music’s latest waiata, Whakakai Marihi. What began as a waiata Reti and Moetu Smith were creating for their babies evolved into something deeply personal — a beautiful tribute to the precious little lives they had lost. Through this touching oriori (lullaby), they share a story of love, loss, healing and remembrance, honouring those little lives and giving them a place to live on through music. 🕊️🤍 Join us as Reti shares the inspiration, meaning and emotional journey behind their waiata, Whakakai Marihi. 🎧 Watch the full kōrero here on Tūwharetoa On.
