Welcome to The Last Try. I rode from Pune to Ladakh on a Royal Enfield Himalayan in 2021 - and this is the story I never really told. This isn't a Ladakh travel guide. It's the real story behind my Pune to Ladakh bike ride - the long hours on the road, incredible landscapes, fatigue, fear, silence and those moments when you start questioning why you decided to do this in the first place. Most of my normal life is spent building products, running a company, solving problems and constantly thinking about what comes next. Riding to Ladakh felt completely different. On the road, plans change. Your body gets tired. Weather changes. Routes don't always behave the way you expect and sometimes all you can think about is reaching the next stop. Looking back, this Ladakh ride became much more than just a motorcycle trip for me. In this video, I'm sharing the journey, the difficult parts, the small moments and what long-distance riding taught me about slowing down, uncertainty and life outside work.
