Fair Pay Agreement ASC Negotiating Body Employer Representation Webinar.

This webinar took place on 21 October 2026. The Care Provider Alliance (CPA) has been asked to lead and coordinate the employer side of Adult Social Care Negotiating Body (ASCNB). To ensure the breadth of representation, evidence, and in-depth knowledge and experience from across adult social care is fully represented, the CPA is forming an Employer Reference Group (ERG). This group will be an integral part of the negotiating process, advising and, most importantly, ensuring every aspect of how the FPA will affect employers, service delivery, and ultimately the people who receive care and support is fully considered. This recording explains the requirements and commitments for the CPA Employer Reference Group, the two roles within the employer-side structure, the recruitment timetable and the selection process.
