I left Cape Range National Park after more than a month and headed north to Warroora Station - but getting there meant surviving 35 km of rough, corrugated road in my little Mitsubishi Delica! After saying goodbye to my friends at Osprey Bay, I stopped in Coral Bay to look for manta rays, launched my drone, finally got a $3 shower, and then headed towards Warroora. The road in was absolutely nerve-wracking, and I was genuinely worried about whether my solar panel - and my van - would survive! Once I arrived, I discovered that Warroora Station isn't quite as 4WD-only as the internet makes it sound. Some campsites are accessible with 2WD, while others definitely require more clearance and traction. I also explore the campsite, look for whales, and show you the sites I'd choose if you want ocean views and easy beach access. This is van life in Western Australia: beautiful places, questionable roads, very little water, and occasionally a $3 shower. 😂 📍 Cape Range National Park / Osprey Bay 📍 Coral Bay, Western Australia 📍 Warroora Station, Western Australia If you're planning a trip to Warroora Station, I hope this gives you a better idea of what the road and campsites are actually like.
