Is the Inazuma Chronicle Banner actually GOOD?

The Inazuma Chronicle banner announced for Genshin 5.6 came as a bit of a surprise to myself (and others I think) in that it seems better than previous ones. But I kinda still feel it is business as usual for Chronicle banner, but I thought a short yap was worthwhile. Genshin 5.5 is here, and it is time to fully embrace FITNESS IMPACT with Iansans release! I want to get her C6 to test in various teams, but four stars are pain to acquire so we shall see how it goes.
