A wee variant of the Peter Ross I came up with a few years ago, the wound hackle for an over hackle is a lot less faffing about than the traditional rolled teal wing and also a handy way to use up the smaller feathers that come in the mixed packs of teal feathers, hope you enjoy the vid and keep subscribing
