DIDN'T EVEN GET TO USE THE TUNNING

My Hero Ultra Rumbles newest character Toya Todoroki came with an interesting tunning which allows you to recover to full hp if you can get back up but the downside is it stops activating after 2 self-revives. This tunning I feel is very niche and really the only character that can possibly pull this off is star and stripe by purposely going into the storm with speedy self revive. #myheroultrarumble #ultrarumble #mhur
