I made a 30-second AI movie in Google Flow from ONE rough sentence. 2 characters, 1 workshop, 5 clips, 50 credits, and I didn't write a single video prompt by hand. The secret is planning the whole film as a storyboard inside the Flow agent before you generate anything. Below are all the exact prompts I used, free to copy. 🎬 Google Flow: https://flow.google.com/ ⏱️ CHAPTERS 0:00 1 sentence → a full AI movie 0:28 Step 1: Set up the Google Flow agent 0:45 The 3 settings to change first 1:28 Step 2: The realism test 3:07 Step 3: Plan the storyboard (the step most people skip) 5:05 Step 4: Lock your characters with character sheets 6:32 Step 5: Generate frame by frame 7:17 The results 8:12 Step 6: Polish in CapCut 8:30 The final film 9:00 Final thoughts PROMPT 1: STYLE LOCK (send this first) For this whole project, every image and video must look like real camera footage, not AI. Use natural light, real skin with pores and small wrinkles, natural hair and real materials. Use close-ups and slow, simple camera moves. No fast action. No text on screen. All videos: 16:9, 6 seconds, audio on. Keep this style for everything I ask after this message. PROMPT 2: REALISM TEST A baker's hands pressing dough on a wooden table at sunrise. PROMPT 3: THE FILM IDEA (storyboard) I want a 30-second short film made of five 6-second videos. Idea: a young woman walks into the workshop of an old lantern maker at night, and something strange happens with one of his lanterns. Rules: slow, simple movement and many close-ups. Only videos 3 and 4 have dialogue, one short line each. Do not generate anything yet. First suggest three options for the strange event. PROMPT 4: CHARACTER SHEETS Yes. Use this structure for the character sheets. Nano Banana Pro, 16:9. Character turnaround sheet: a single wide image divided into three vertical columns of equal width. The same individual appears in each column wearing the exact same clothing. [Describe the subject: body type, complexion, hair, facial features. Then list the clothing from top to bottom.] Column 1 (left): head-to-toe frontal shot of the outfit as if worn by an invisible figure. Nothing is visible above the collar: no head, neck, or hair. The neckline keeps its natural form and opens onto a dark, empty interior of the garment. No flesh, no cut-off neck, no smudging. Leave the usual empty space above the shoulders so the figure is the same size as a normal full-length shot. Column 2 (middle): head-to-toe rear view, straight on from the back, head present, arms hanging loosely at the sides. Column 3 (right): close portrait cropped at the chest, the face taking up most of the frame, eyes directly into the lens, relaxed blank expression. Backdrop: plain seamless mid-gray (18% gray), exactly the same in all three columns. Lighting is perfectly even and diffuse from every direction: no darker side of the face or body, no edge or back light, and no shadows falling on the backdrop or the ground. Complexion matches exactly from column to column. Detail: natural skin with visible pores and fine facial hair, visible thread texture in the fabric. 50mm lens look with subtle analog grain. A real photograph, not a render or AI image. PROMPT 5: THE MOST IMPORTANT SENTENCE (for every frame after the first) Please create the second frame. Keep the location and the characters the same across all the scenes. Why it works: the agent plans the whole film (camera, light, sound and dialogue for every frame) before a single second is generated, and the character sheets give it one face to copy. That's why the 5 clips play like one film instead of 5 random AI videos.
