Come along on our second thrifting road trip on Vancouver Island as we head north to discover thrift stores and treasures in Qualicum, Parksville, and Duncan, BC! This time, I’m joined by my sisters Sharon and Debbie plus my mom for a fun-filled day of second-hand shopping, vintage finds, and plenty of family banter. We’re visiting stores that are new to me, including a Salvation Army thrift store in Qualicum and thrift shops in Parksville, before making a stop at Mission Thrift in Duncan on our way home. From beautiful crystal and vintage dishes to wooden vases, salt and pepper shakers, pottery, teapots, and quirky treasures, there’s something interesting around every corner.
