Blonde moments!! 🫶🏽About my apartment Location: Southern Seoul Key money: 2,000,000 KRW/ 1,327.00 USD Monthly rent: 600,000 KRW/ $398.00 USD Save: 21 m2 In April my rent will go up to 650,000 KRW/ $431.00 USD 🫶🏽I found my apartment own my own without a realtor and my apartment is not provided by my employer. Because i am on an E-2 I am entitled to housing studies form my employer. The amount of housing stipend you get depends on how well you negotiate. I don’t accept less than 600,000 KRW for housing. I out the key money dime myself as well b it some employer will give you up to 10,000,000 KRW for key money. 🫶🏽I do not suggest moving to Korea without money in your savings account. I moved here with 15,000 USD in savings. You will need food and some furniture and your first check will come one month AFTER you arrive. If you have questions please feel free to ask!! 😘
