Bans? What Bans? OP13 U/P Luffy

I'm considering trying st05 Douglas bullet, to rest down the 2 blockers with his activate main. Might make Imu a better matchup, but it's all in and doesn't seem too useful into other decks. Imu does feel really tough to beat though.
